Being a social activist, esp. an Anti Hazing activist, I strongly condemn the hazing rituals in Russia, as in elsewhere.

Military service in compulsory in Russia, and gross violations of human rights are practised in military hazing.

So, can't it be concluded that the Russian Government has been subjecting Russians to abuses, and promoting human rights violations in this way, as well.

The world community should condemn the Mr. Putin and his policies if they fail to stop hazing and to remove compulsion from military services.
