leaning-tower-1Tower known as Capital Gate when completely done will lean 18 degrees to west which is 4 more than Tower of Pisa. This is being built in Abu Dhabi and will also house a 5-star hotel along with shopping malls and offices.

This can lean so much because of 100 feet steel foundation drilled in the ground.
