Why did it go silent at the end, hidding his sorry excuse that it "jumped out of gear" stupid cop should lay of the doughnuts too, he ran like a penguin and now the tax payers will pay to fix the back of the car, and lucky that no one hit it! Better wright that ticket to meet that quota now!
