As a later and older wheelchair user you have my admiration as you cannot do it when you have put on weight.

Friend, who is a wheelchair basketballer, used to backflip his bb wheelchair off a smaller ramp, and this was back in 2000..(he competed at the sydney disabled olympics).. nothing new..
